BEAD public-documents archive
The citable primary documents behind our BEAD reporting — final proposals, award documents, NTIA approvals and guidance, and broadband-office releases — kept at permanent Flip News URLs. Governments restructure their websites and break links; link rot compounds in our favour until this is the archive of record.

How we keep it
- Mirrors where possible. PDFs are hosted locally at
permanent
/documents/bead/URLs; the official source is linked on every entry so readers can always check the original. - Versioned documents stay honest. Where a document is superseded — or may soon be — the entry says so. Replacements get a new entry; the old one is marked superseded, never silently edited.
- Labels are the issuer's. Provisional, draft and contingent awards are labelled with the issuing office's own words, never upgraded by us. See also how we cover BEAD.
- Growth. New primary documents are added as our BEAD Money Tracker watch turns them up; future runs re-check every official link.
