  • The Traitors US celebrity cast announcement — the hero image showed host Alan Cumming, not the newly announced cast. Image removed; the article runs imageless until a correct licensed photo is found. (Found in our own image audit; shipped live the same day.)
  • Image credit audit (10 articles) — ten stale or wrong credit lines corrected: the photos were already right, but the credits described earlier images. One missing credit entry added ( Starlink Group 15-27 launch ) and three alt texts fixed ( BDUK Q2 2026 report among them).

  • Full article review sweep (17 of 37 articles) — our first complete fact-and-style audit of every live article. Fixed: en-GB spelling normalised (fibre), three guide URLs corrected after dates leaked into their slugs ( What is BEAD? , What does 100/20 Mbps mean? , BEAD vs RDOF vs CAF vs ReConnect ), five image-credit entries re-keyed so credits display, missing frontmatter completed, stray markup removed, and the legal pages cleaned.
  • Debby Ryan brain injury story — hero photo from ~2013 failed our recency rule; replaced with a verified 2018 VMAs photo (CC BY 3.0) of the right person. Credit and alt text updated.
