Response expectations

Flip News is a solo operation, so I read everything myself but replies take a little time — usually within a few days. Corrections are prioritised and handled first; verified errors are fixed promptly.

Corrections policy

Accuracy matters to us. If you report an error at corrections@flipnews.co.uk , here is what happens:

  • We check every report against the primary source — the agency, company, or document the story cites.
  • Verified errors are corrected promptly, and significant corrections are noted on the article itself so readers can see what changed. Minor typos may be fixed silently.
  • We don’t publish your email address without your permission. If your tip leads to a story, we’ll credit you only if you ask.
