EliseAI raises $350m at $4bn valuation to automate housing and healthcare

EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, to push AI deeper into housing and healthcare operations.

EliseAI, the AI company automating complex housing and healthcare workflows, has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, the company announced on Tuesday (Sept 29).

The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital, according to the company announcement. EliseAI said it will use the capital to deepen its products and to grow its engineering, deployment and sales teams across its North American offices, and plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.

The raise caps a run of rapid growth: the company crossed $200 million in annual recurring revenue in June 2026, doubling revenue year over year for the fifth consecutive year, Reuters reported. Its technology now powers 1 in 6 US apartments, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with its platform, according to the company.

Earlier this month EliseAI launched Apollo, an agentic AI teammate, while its healthcare business automates the patient journey from inbound calls and referrals through scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation and follow-up.

“The industries where AI matters most are still not the ones getting the most attention,” said CEO Minna Song.
