UK prosecutors have filed documents in a Miami federal court alleging Andrew Tate kept "extreme" bestiality pornography and indecent images of a child as part of their extradition request; his lawyer dismissed the claims as "prosecution slop".

UK prosecutors have filed court documents in Miami alleging Andrew Tate kept “extreme” pornography, including bestiality images, on devices linked to him, as part of Britain’s extradition bid, the New York Post reports. These are allegations, not convictions.

The documents, filed on Monday and obtained by the Post, allege a laptop in Tate’s possession on or before 18 July 2015 held images said to show a person with a horse and an eel. Prosecutors also claim he had 66 “Category A” indecent images of a child — the highest tier under UK law — plus 26 lower-level images seized at his UK home in Hitchin, per the Post.

A “sexualised” video is also alleged, said to show Tate with a girl believed to be 17, wearing lingerie and holding a championship belt. Prosecutors claim January 2015 WhatsApp messages show he knew her age, one allegedly reading: “I could get in legal trouble cause ur 17.”

Tate’s lawyer, Joseph McBride, called the claims “prosecution slop”, saying they came from a “flop house” device with no proof Tate ever viewed them, and authorities no longer hold the device. The brothers deny all claims, the Post notes.

The brothers were arrested in Miami on 18 July on a UK extradition request and face nearly 60 counts between them, the Post reports. A US magistrate ordered they remain in federal detention last month; the UK formally sought extradition in September, the Daily Caller reports, and the brothers have also been indicted in Romania.
