Retired NBA star Blake Griffin has married Francesca Aiello, the founder of swimwear brand Frankies Bikinis — a representative for Griffin confirmed the marriage to People on Monday.

The couple has kept the wedding out of the public eye, sharing no details or date, but Griffin has been photographed wearing a gold wedding band at several October appearances: on the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on Sunday, at an exclusive screening of his new talk show The Stepback with Blake Griffin on Wednesday, and at the NBA on Prime Season 2 launch event in New York on Tuesday.

Griffin, 37, and Aiello, 31, have been linked since June 2018. They split at one point — Griffin said he was single in August 2020 — before rekindling their romance in August 2023. Aiello stirred engagement buzz in January 2025 when she posted now-deleted Instagram photos of a diamond ring on her left hand, and reports later linked a September gathering in Porto Ercole, Italy, to wedding celebrations.

The six-time NBA All-Star retired in April 2024 after 14 seasons with the Clippers, Pistons, Nets and Celtics. His weekly late-night sports talk show, The Stepback with Blake Griffin, premieres on Tuesday. Griffin has two children, son Ford, 13, and daughter Finley, 10, from his previous relationship with Brynn Cameron.
