Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf, citing "irreconcilable differences" and listing their separation date as 28 July 2025. She is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel.

Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after 10 years of marriage, Page Six confirmed. The Pearl actress filed the documents on Tuesday night, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The 32-year-old listed their separation date as 28 July 2025. She is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel, and asked the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to either party, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. TMZ first reported the filing.
In February, Page Six reported that the former couple had been separated for nearly a year but kept the split under wraps, with LaBeouf said to have moved to New Orleans to be closer to family. That same month, the 40-year-old actor was arrested after a brawl during Mardi Gras.
In March, LaBeouf opened up about the split on Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan, admitting he “failed” his marriage. “We were deeply unhappy,” he said. “I made a lot of mistakes early on before we tried to have a baby. I had violated trust in a big, big way.”
Goth and LaBeouf met on the set of Nymphomaniac: Vol. II in 2012, tied the knot in 2016, briefly broke up in 2018, reconciled by 2020 and welcomed Isabel in 2022.
