Sachin Tendulkar has announced a partnership with OpenAI, telling fans he wants to explore new possibilities with ChatGPT and encourage more people to try the technology.

The cricket legend made the announcement on Monday in a post on X, writing: “I’m excited to announce my partnership with OpenAI. We have some interesting things coming up, and I can’t wait to share them with you.”

Tendulkar said his experience with ChatGPT had gone beyond simply asking questions, and gave the example of planning his last family trip with the tool. “One question usually leads to another, and ChatGPT has certainly encouraged that habit,” he wrote. He also shared a video in which he asks ChatGPT to play a game, challenging it to guess who he is using only 10 questions — which it does.

The announcement asked people to begin with something they already care about. “That’s what I’m looking forward to with this partnership. Discovering what else I can do with ChatGPT, sharing what I find useful, and encouraging more people to give it a try,” he added.

Neither Tendulkar nor OpenAI has disclosed further details about what the collaboration will involve.
