UK ticket-holder wins £111m EuroMillions jackpot in Friday draw

A UK ticket-holder has won the £111 million EuroMillions jackpot in Friday night's draw, National Lottery operator Allwyn has confirmed.

A UK ticket-holder has won the £111 million jackpot in Friday’s EuroMillions draw, National Lottery operator Allwyn said on Friday night.

The winning main numbers are 11, 12, 15, 38, 49 and the Lucky Star numbers are 10, 12, drawn on Friday 25 September. The exact prize is £111,709,000 after one ticket matched all five numbers and both Lucky Stars.

Andy Carter of Allwyn said: “Wow, what fantastic news for a UK EuroMillions player tonight. One lucky ticket-holder has won the life-changing £111m super jackpot prize.”

Carter said it was the third EuroMillions jackpot win in the UK this year, after a player scooped the £181m jackpot on 10 March and two UK winners shared a £125m jackpot with a player in France on 21 April. He urged players to check their tickets and come forward if they think they might hold the winning one.

The £181m win in March was the third-biggest UK lottery win ever: the record is held by an anonymous player who pocketed £195.7m in July 2022, followed by Joe and Jess Thwaite of Gloucester, who won £184.2m in May 2022 according to the National Lottery rich list.

Other UK players also landed large prizes in the draw: two ticket-holders matched five numbers and one Lucky Star to win £256,117 each, while three more who matched all five numbers won £22,447 apiece.

Tuesday’s EuroMillions jackpot is now estimated at £14 million Allwyn said.
