    Colorado rescinds US$103m provisional BEAD award to Maverix Broadband

    The Colorado Broadband Office terminated six grants after investigators found cancelled invoices, unpaid contractors and costs the state may not recover, referring the matter to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the US Treasury OIG — the first BEAD fraud referral.
