    The release states NTIA approved Missouri's Final Proposal on 6 January 2026. Reported technology mix: 82% fibre, 12% LEO satellite, 6% fixed wireless, 1% coax. The state's BEAD page still labels awards "Provisional Awardee" / "Provisional Award"; no finalized contracts reported.
