MLB releases NLCS and ALCS start times as Brewers-Dodgers rematch is set

Major League Baseball has announced first-pitch times for the League Championship Series: the Brewers host the Dodgers from Sunday, with the World Series starting on 23 October.

Major League Baseball has released the start times for the League Championship Series, after the Milwaukee Brewers sealed a second straight National League Championship Series meeting with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The best-of-seven NLCS opens at American Family Field on Sunday, 11 October. Game 1 is at 8 p.m. ET, with Game 2 the following evening at 5 p.m. ET. The series moves to Dodger Stadium for Games 3 and 4 on 14 and 15 October (8 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET), with a potential Game 5 at 9 p.m. ET on 16 October and Games 6 and 7 back in Milwaukee at 8 p.m. ET on 18 and 19 October (USA Today).

Milwaukee earned the rematch with a 3-1 win at Petco Park on Thursday night, taking the National League Division Series 3-1 over the San Diego Padres. Jackson Chourio’s go-ahead RBI single in the fifth inning proved decisive, and Fernando Tatis Jr.’s game-tying homer — punctuated by a towering bat flip — came in front of 47,712 at Petco Park (New York Post, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).

The Brewers, who had baseball’s best record in 2026, will try to avenge last year’s four-game NLCS sweep by a Dodgers side chasing a third consecutive World Series title. In the American League, the Tampa Bay Rays hold home-field advantage against the winner of the Cleveland Guardians-Chicago White Sox Division Series, with the ALCS starting on Monday, 12 October. The World Series begins on Friday, 23 October.
